Reporting to the Director of Consulting, this role is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our largest customer and driving the acquisition and strategy for new business.
As Strategic Account Manager you will be responsible for the formation and smooth running of our multi-layered partnership relationships. This includes responsibilities for strategic planning, revenue growth targets and all operations necessary to retain, grow and service a key fundamental partner relationship. You will provide both strategic, commercial and operational leadership and will build strong relationships with senior sales stakeholders.
Working in close collaboration with other leaders and teams, you will create a compelling partnering strategy and value propositions that will help solve business issues as well as delivering quality outcomes for our clients. Ideally you will have two or more years professional services account management experience with an understanding of the complexity of enterprise IT project delivery.
